Thank you for visiting the Big Beautiful Wedding (“BBW”) web site. The following FAQ's are basic instructions that will help you navigate throughout our site. If you have additional questions, please contact our customer service department at 404-702-0359.

 
 
You do not need to register to view our catalog on-line. If you wish to view our catalog of products, proceed to the menu bar and select the category that you wish to view. If you wish to place an order you will need to register to become a customer.
 
 
Proceed to the Register link located beside the Login link at the top right of the page.

  1. Once you enter your username and password, hit enter or select the login button to begin. Once logged in you will be able to:
    1. View your account information by selecting the "My Account" link at the top pf the page
    2. View your Order/Billing History
    3. View Your Wish List
    4. Edit your account & contact information
    5. Edit your address book

 
 
To view items in the catalog, select the category from the menu bar. Select a product by clicking on the product image or link (product name below the image).
 
 
 
If you are already familiar with our products, go to "search" to search for them using key words or the product’s item number, or SKU. You will be brought to a page that lists any items matching your keyword or item number. Simply select the link of the item you are looking for.

  2. You will be taken to the product page with a detailed description of the item. This is where you can select the quantity you wish to purchase and click on the “Add to Cart” button.
  3. Adding items to your shopping cart will redirect you to the shopping cart page. If you wish to continue shopping, simply select the “Continue Shopping” button.
  4. When you have finished browsing, or any time you wish to view your shopping cart, select the “Shopping Cart” link at the top of the page. This will allow you to view the contents of your cart.  If you wish to add more items to your shopping cart select the "Continue Shopping" button and you will be redirected to BBW's home page.
  5. Within the shopping cart page you can edit your cart by modifying the quantity of items and deleting items then selecting the “Update Shopping Cart” button.
  6. The shopping cart page is where you would enter any coupons or special instructions you may have for your order. Shipping charges and applicable taxes will not be calculated on this page.
  7. If you wish to complete your order at this time then click “Proceed to Checkout” and complete the check out process. Continuing check out will direct you to other pages where you will select the shipping method and type of payment you wish to use.
  8. If you wish to continue shopping, simply select the “Continue Shopping” button and repeat the order process.

 
  1. Once you are ready to check out select the “Checkout” button at the top of the page if you are in the catalog pages. If in the shopping cart select the “Proceed to Checkout”.
  2. In the shipping option page you will be required to select a shipping method. The options are Ground, 3 Day Select, 2nd Day and Next Day with the cost of each method in parenthesis beside it. Select the “Select Shipping Method” button to proceed to the payment option page. You also have an option of editing your shopping cart by clicking on the indicated link.
  3. There are two methods of payment to choose from, Credit Card or PayPal. Accepted credit cards are Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
  4. Credit card orders require 5 pieces of information from the card: Name as it appears on the card, Credit Card Number, CVV (card verification number located on the card), Card Type and Expiration Date.
  5. You are required to read and agree to the Terms and Conditions before you can proceed with your order. Once you have satisfied this requirement check the indicated box and select the “Continue Checkout” button.
  6. The order confirmation page will show your shipping and billing address, your method of payment, order summary and total of final charges. This is your last chance to make any corrections to your shopping cart. Please thoroughly check your order for correct items, quantities, option choices and personalization text. You will NOT be able to make any changes once your order is confirmed.
  7. Once you are satisfied that your information and order are correct select the “Place Order” button only once.
  8. You will see a confirmation page that your order has been received by BBW and you will receive via email a detailed receipt of your order.

 
 
Yes, to ensure safe shopping, we use 128 bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption security, which is the highest level of security available today for secure e-commerce transactions. For additional information on our security please read our policy under Security at the bottom of the page.
 
 
 
Absolutely not. We value your privacy as much as we do our own. We don’t like spam and don’t participate in any spamming practices. You are free to browse our site anonymously. You are only required to register to place an order. Information collected is never distributed. Please see our Privacy Policy to get details.

No, we do not have a printed version of our catalog which helps us keep our prices lower.
 
 
 
There are no minimum orders except where noted per item. In most cases you are able to purchase just one item.
 
 
 
All personalization is included in the pricing unless otherwise noted. Please enter and review your personalization carefully as personalized items cannot be returned. Remember that colors may differ from what you see on your screen due to monitor color adjustments and graphic capability. Here are some guidelines for personalization: Enter personalization as you would like it to appear with capital letters, lower case letters, numbers, punctuation and characters such as &, @, or *. Do not type in all capital letters or all lower case letters unless that is how you want the item to appear. We are unable to reproduce international characters (characters with accents marks, umlauts, etc.). Please enter only characters that appear on standard American keyboards. Most gifts can accommodate multiple lines of engraving. If a Monogram is desired, please specify "Monogram Font" when ordering. The initials for a Monogram should be listed in this order: First, Last, Middle initial. Monograms for the couple should be listed in this order: bride's first name initial, last name initial, groom's first name initial. All personalization is included in the pricing unless otherwise noted. BBW cannot be responsible for missing information if left off order.
 
 
 
Many items are handcrafted, therefore slight variations may occur. Hair color and color of tuxedos on figurines may vary to some extent (no requests taken). Flowers and decorations may vary slightly from those shown in photos.
 
 
 
We strive hard to make sure we have top quality products. If for some reason you received an item you are unhappy with, we will gladly accept returns on merchandise that is in unused, resalable condition within 30 days of purchase. Items must be returned in the original packaging and a Return Authorization (RA) must be acquired before any item can be returned. Any returned items without a RA will be refused. Returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Correctly personalized or otherwise special order items, worn items, discontinued or clearance items and food products are not eligible for return. Claims for damaged goods, due to shipping, or shortage must be reported to BBW within 5 business days of receipt. All damaged merchandise must be returned in the original carton in order to file a claim with UPS. A Return Authorization (RA) number must be obtained before returning to BBW. Please read Shipping for more details. 
 
 
 
Due to the extreme heat experienced nationwide during the last few summers, we have implemented a candle/chocolate shipping schedule to minimize the number of days candles and chocolates are en route during summer months. In most instances, this means that candles and chocolates can only be shipped out on a Monday or Tuesday. If your candle and/or chocolate needs are urgent, please indicate so on your order or tell the BBW customer service representative so that arrangements can be made for immediate shipment. We strongly urge all customers to forecast your candle and/or chocolate needs for the hot summer months and buy earlier in the year. BBW will not be responsible for damage to candles and/or chocolates shipped between May and August.
 
 
 
No, we only ship within the continental US states.
 
 
 
Products will usually ship within 1 - 3 days normally or  3 – 5 days for personalized orders. Typical ground shipping has a timeline of 4 – 6 business days. Please see the Terms and Conditions or Shipping to get full shipping information.
 
 
 
We often have items coming from separate warehouses causing the possibility that a portion of your order will arrive separately from others. We make every effort to notify you via email of tracking numbers and, when available, expected date of shipment. We have a link to UPS Web Tracking located at the top of the web page under “Order Tracking”. If for any reason you placed an order for an item that is currently back ordered we will contact you immediately to let you know an approximate delivery date.  We will notify you and issue a refund for any items that have been discontinued or are otherwise unavailable.
 
 
 
No, UPS will not deliver to post office box addresses, only to business or residential addresses.

MGC, Big Beautiful Wedding is located in the state of Georgia. Only orders purchased within the state of Georgia will have state tax assessed to the order.
 
 
 
In our experience, performance problems on the Internet can occur for a variety of different reasons, including the time of day, congestion on the Internet itself, problems at an individual Internet Service Provider, or problems at a website. It's always possible that you tried us at a time when we were very busy.
