b Guest Accommodations: Let us put your guests up for the night! We’ll assist you in locating accommodations for your out of town guests. We will negotiate and secure room block proposals from local accommodation providers near your ceremony and/or reception sites. We’ll also include guest packets with local attractions, points of interest, and events. ~ $200
b Hospitality Baskets/Amenities: Give your guests a little something in their hotel rooms. Maybe some snacks and soft drinks, or a sampling of local goodies. We’ll include a packet with local attractions, points of interest, and events, along with wedding event details and maps. ~ Cost depending on items included and number of baskets required.
b Guest List Maintenance: We’ll handle your guest list. Upon receiving your RSVP cards we will create a master guest list including who has declined, who has accepted and number attending, what entrée they have selected, and will send it to you in electronic format so you can easily create your seating chart. For an additional fee we can work with you to create a seating chart that will suit all your guests’ needs. ~ $200
b Concierge Services, Collecting/Packing up your belongings, Returning rented items: Don’t worry about running out during your lunch hour to pick up miscellaneous items. Gifts brought to the reception site and making sure the disposable cameras are collected stressing you out? We’ll collect everything and deliver it to the right person or place so you can get started on your honeymoon worry-free. ~ Cost varies depending on what is required to be done.
