General Shipping Information
 
We only ship within the continental US states.  UPS will not deliver to PO Box addresses.  We require that residential or business addresses are provided for shipping.
 
 
Turn Around Time
 
Average turn around time is 1 - 3 business days (3 - 5 business days for personalized items). In the event an item is out of stock, we will make every attempt to ship the item as soon as possible. When an item is back ordered, you will be given an approximate arrival date. These dates cannot be guaranteed.
 
 
Shipping
  1. All packages will be charged for shipping and handling. This includes back orders.
  2. Our standard shipping is UPS Ground. If you require special shipping, please indicate at the time of your order on the shipping selection page. Next Day, 2nd Day and 3-Day Select is available at an additional charge.
  3. Orders totaling $250 or more qualify for free ground shipping. Orders totaling $1000 or more qualify for free shipping of any method.
  4. Ground shipping is based on current average shipping costs.  Shipping charges have increased because of high gas prices.  When the average price drops we will adjust our charges accordingly.  Charges for ground shipping are listed on the following chart:

Return Policy

 

 

  1. Returns for any reason will not be accepted without a Return Authorization (RA) number issued by either MGC or Big Beautiful Wedding (BBW).

 

  1. No returns will be accepted after 30 days of the original invoice date.

 

  1. An RA number must first be obtained and must be clearly marked on the outside of your package. Failure to indicate this RA number on the outside of your package may result in delayed processing time. No claim for return will be accepted without first obtaining an RA number from a customer service representative.

 

  1. A copy of the original invoice with the returned item circled must accompany the RA.

 

  1. All personalized items are non-returnable. If the products are damaged (see Damaged Goods below), they will be replaced using the exact personalization as the original order. If there is a change in the personalization, it will be charged as a new item.

 

  1. All goods must be returned in their original packaging and in resalable condition. All returns that are not damaged of a defect in materials or workmanship will be assessed a 20% restocking fee.

 

  1. Damaged items will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of BBW. If it is determined that there is no damage, the item will be returned to the customer at their cost and no credit will be issued.

 

  1. For your security, please return your gift with an insured courier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS Parcel Post) and retain your receipt. BBW is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. If you are returning a gift because it is damaged, defective or not the correct product, BBW will provide a prepaid USPS return label or UPS call tag. Please allow a minimum of 14 days for us to receive and process your return or exchange. BBW will gladly reimburse shipment costs of authorized exchanges/returns (non-personalized merchandise returned for credit will not qualify for shipping reimbursement).

 

  1. Express shipping costs will not be reimbursed; only ground services will be reimbursed. BBW will pay to ship authorized replacements via UPS ground service only.

 

  1. We’re sorry, shipping charges cannot be refunded unless the return is a result of our error or has been damaged in shipping. All sales are final on worn, seasonal and discounted items where mentioned.
 
 
Damaged and Shortage Claims 
 
Claims for damaged goods, due to shipping, or shortage must be reported to BBW within 5 business days of receipt. All damaged merchandise must be returned in the original carton in order to file a claim with UPS. An RA number must be obtained before returning to BBW.
 
 
Special Shipping for Candles and Chocolate 
 
Due to the extreme heat experienced nationwide during the last few summers, we have implemented a candle/chocolate shipping schedule to minimize the number of days candles and chocolates are en route during summer months. In most instances, this means that candles and chocolates can only be shipped out on a Monday or Tuesday. If your candle and/or chocolate needs are urgent, please indicate so on your order or tell the BBW customer service representative so that arrangements can be made for immediate shipment. We strongly urge all customers to forecast your candle and/or chocolate needs for the hot summer months and buy earlier in the year. BBW will not be responsible for damage to candles and/or chocolates shipped between May and August. 
 
 
Shipment Notification
 
We often have items coming from separate warehouses causing the possibility that a portion of your order will arrive separately from others.  We make every effort to notify you via email of tracking numbers and, when available, expected date of shipment.  We have a link to UPS Web Tracking located at the top of the web page under “Order Tracking”.  If for any reason you placed an order for an item that is currently back ordered we will contact you immediately to let you know an approximate delivery date.  For any items that have been discontinued and unavailable we will notify you and issue a refund for that item.
